Kundalini Yoga

Jenny is a Kundalini Yoga teacher in the Bay Area. With an additional certification in Vinyasa yoga and over 25 years of experience teaching and practicing Yoga, Jenny feels immense gratitude for the many gifts yoga has offered her. Jenny’s dynamic classes bring creativity, fun and radical self- acceptance to the yoga mat. She integrates Astrology into her classes. She also weaves in explorations in releasing perfectionism, embracing rest, connecting to the divine, connecting to our true essence and much more.

In this Kundalini Yoga workshop we will be practicing breathwork, movement and mantra to deepen our spiritual connection. We will weave together Astrological + Jewish themes to give meaning and depth during this potent time.
